The Tasmanian Suicide Register (TSR) is a state-based database, established as a joint initiative between the Tasmanian Departments of Justice and Health. The TSR resides within and is maintained by the Coronial Division of the Magistrates Court of Tasmania. The data contained in the TSR is essential to guiding local decisions and risk mitigation strategies for suicide prevention. It also serves to ensure Tasmanian researchers can access reliable and authorised suicide data.
