I, Arnold George Shott, Chief Magistrate of Tasmania, make and publish the following Practice Direction.
Practice Direction No 1 of 1998 is amended as follows:
Forms 25 and 26 attached hereto are substituted for the forms of the same numbers attached to Practice Direction No 1 of 1998, and
Form 25A attached hereto is incorporated therein.
