Relocation of the Magistrates Court Smithton circuit court

The Magistrates Court Smithton circuit court will cease sitting at the Circular Head Council Chambers at 33 Goldie Street, Smithton, and will be relocated to 12 Nelson Street, Smithton in the building commonly referred to as the Agritas Trade College. A map showing the location of the new site is attached.

The last sitting at the Circular Head Council Chambers will be on Wednesday 13 February 2019. The first sitting of the Court at Agritas, 12 Nelson Street, will be on Wednesday 13 March 2019 at 9.45am.
