How can I provide my feedback?
You can give us your feedback by:
- talking with the staff member you were dealing with or their supervisor/manager
- emailing -
- writing to:
- the senior manager at the relevant court location or
- Administrator of Courts

If you have a complex matter, it is best to put it in writing.
If you’re unhappy with the response from the senior manager, your feedback will go to the Administrator of Courts, and a court officer will contact you.
We centrally record all feedback and our responses.
