No 1 of 2012 - Allocation of Jurisdictions to Divisions of the Court
I, Michael Rodney Hill, as Chief Magistrate of Tasmania, pursuant to the Magistrates Court Act 1987 section 3B(3), hereby direct that matters litigated pursuant to the various Acts listed in the Schedule hereto shall be instituted, heard and determined in the Division of the Magistrates Court specified in the Schedule.
Practice Direction No. 1 of 2009 is rescinded.
This Practice Direction commences on 1 May 2012.
