Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 and the Residential Tenancy Act 1997

I, Arnold George Shott, as Chief Magistrate of Tasmania, hereby determine that Form 2 published on the Magistrates Court website at

http://www.magistratescourt.tas.gov.au/divisions/civil/forms

is to be the form for commencing proceedings in the Court in respect of Applications under the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 and/or claims for arrears of rent and damages in respect of residential tenancies.

This Practice Direction commences on 21 March, 2007.
