The following court lists are published on this site at approximately 04:30 PM each day.

The court lists for the Magistrates Court of Tasmania detail the matters appearing before the court each day. The lists do not include:
- Youth Justice Matters;
- other Restricted Matters;
- any matters lodged after the above date and time. Court lists change to suit the needs of the day. To confirm court appearances, please contact the appropriate Court Registry.
Courtroom Priority
In the courtroom cases will be called as follows:
1. Clients with Solicitors will be dealt with first.
2. Those who arrive by 9.45 AM and tell the court clerk that they are here will be dealt with next.
3. Those who arrive after court starts will be dealt with when the clerk and Magistrate can get to your matter. If you have not spoken to the court clerk before court starts it will necessary to wait until court proceedings allow the court clerk time to further check as to who is present. It is essential that you remain in the rear of the courtroom.
If you have an urgent appointment you should tell the clerk before court starts.
