1. Clients with Solicitors will be dealt with first.
2. Those who arrive by 9.45 AM and tell the court clerk that they are here will be dealt with next.
3. Those who arrive after court starts will be dealt with when the clerk and Magistrate can get to your matter. If you have not spoken to the court clerk before court starts it will necessary to wait until court proceedings allow the court clerk time to further check as to who is present. It is essential that you remain in the rear of the courtroom.
