Audio Conferencing

The increasing use of audio-conferencing in Court proceedings (such as Civil Division Directions Hearings) has necessitated a better system for bookings and invoicing.

There also appears to be some confusion amongst solicitors whether attendance at Court proceedings by audio-conference is available as of right, or by application.

I confirm that solicitors must apply to the Court at least 24 hours in advance to attend by telephone by submitting an Audio and Video Conference Booking Form.
