No 4 of 2012 - Annual Fee Increase

No. 4 of 2012

Fees changes - Effective from 1 January 2013

Some fees in the Magistrates Court will change from 1 January 2013.

They will better reflect the costs of providing court services whilst continuing to provide access to justice for court users. The new charges are more comparable with those applied across interstate jurisdictions and will enable the Court to continue to provide appropriate levels of service.

Please find following a schedule detailing the new arrangements.

More information is available on the Magistrates Court website at: https://www.magistratescourt.tas.gov.au/fees
