Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Amendment Rules 2005
Practitioners are advised that the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Amendment Rules 2005 came into effect on the 1 January 2006.
The Amendment provides an increase in Costs and Expenses to Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Rules 1998 and is available at http://www.thelaw.tas.gov.au/index.w3p
